We had a luxurious experience at a 5-star hotel with exclusive amenities. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were perfect for relaxation. the hotel's garden area was well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the pool with a view was stunning, and the private facilities provided a comfortable stay. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a pleasant dinner experience. Staff provided excellent service and made us feel highly valued.
it did not take away from the luxurious atmosphere and did not affect our overall experience.

The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle, making it a peaceful getaway. the common areas are well-maintained, and there is a gift shop on-site. Although not close to downtown Hualian, the hotel offers a few facilities such as a pool, squash court, and video arcade. the spacious rooms have modern bathrooms with Western fittings.
The hotel lacks soundproof walls, and noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms can be bothersome.

Great amenities offered at the hotel like the indoor swimming pool and spacious rooms. The hotel was in a beautiful location, surrounded by greenery. A buffet breakfast was included which had a good variety of food.
The hotel was quite remote and difficult to find for those not familiar with the area. The room felt outdated and worn, not as modern as expected. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and sometimes non-existent, which was frustrating.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was very close to a beautiful canyon and the views were stunning. Complimentary shuttle service to the train station was also very helpful. The facilities for entertainment were excellent, there was a huge area of grass and plenty of activities for both kids and families. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful.
No complaints.
